  • Check-In & Arrival (Sunday, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday. When you arrive on campus, you'll take the main road until you reach our first building—the Chapel Building. Our friendly staff will be there to direct you to dedicated parking spots right out front!

The registration process is a few quick steps:

    • A brief Lice Check to ensure a healthy start for everyone.

    • Form Confirmation: We'll confirm that we have your camper's medical forms and class sign-ups on file.

    • Cabin Assignment & Photo: We'll take your camper's photo, give them their cabin assignment, and introduce them to their counselor!

    • Note: Campers may be dropped off by a trusted friend or extended family member—it doesn't have to be a parent or guardian.

  • Our camp store is a great place to pick up a souvenir or an extra snack! For convenience, all spending is handled via a pre-loaded account. Please ensure your camper's spending money is loaded into their store account prior to arriving at registration on Sunday.

  • We believe in the power of an unplugged week! Camp is a place for campers to focus on making new friendships and memories, so we ask that all cell phones and other personal devices remain at home.

    • How to Connect: We strongly encourage parents to send traditional letters or emails throughout the week—there’s nothing better than receiving mail at camp!

    • Emergencies: If you need to reach your child immediately, please call the main camp office phone line. Our staff is available 24/7 to handle urgent matters.

  • Your child's well-being is our top priority. We have a well-equipped medical facility and a dedicated Registered Nurse on call 24/7 to provide routine care and distribute all daily medications.

    • In situations that require care beyond routine first aid, we will make every effort to contact you immediately to discuss the best care plan for your family.

    • Please note: At the professional discretion of the Camp Nurse and Camp Director, we will always prioritize the immediate safety of the camper and will transport them to the Emergency Room if needed, even if contact with the family is not immediately possible. Rest assured, our staff is well-trained, and our protocols are in place to ensure quick and responsible action.
